We identify and visualize each stakeholder’s perspective and what is important to them. We subsequently use this information to identify common ground and facilitate open communication. We encourage radical candor feedback that takes into consideration the influence and interest of each stakeholder.

how do you address conflict between stakeholders?

During our time together our interactions will be both in person and virtual depending on the work to be done. We are based in Europe but with enough clients in the Caribbean that we are accustomed to the travel.

Are your services virtual or in-person?

It typically takes 6 months to a year to achieve the targets we set with management at the beginning of our time together. During this period the intensity of our involvement will vary depending on the progress made.

We provide training through practical workshops centered around emotional intelligence, change leadership, change capability, financial acumen, and team development through coaching. In combination with these trainings we provide 1:1 coaching.

We use a combination of process mapping, workflow analysis, interviews, and data analysis. If the processes are already mapped we analyze what is recorded and perform spot-check audit.
